Meet the Team
CHRISTIAN TABIOS, PEE, ACPE, CDCP
President
Christian is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, trained in the USA for Power System Analysis, and the first IEEE Certified Power System Engineer in the Philippines. He has conducted more than 100 Power System Analyses both locally and internationally and completed his Advanced PSA training in 2017 from USA. He brings technical leadership and extensive experience in electrical systems, project execution, and technical solutions. His leadership ensures that Exquis delivers innovative, reliable, and efficient services to clients across various industries.
PAOLO TOLENTINO, PEE, ACPE, LVL2 IRT, LVL2 PDE
Executive Vice President
Paolo, a Professional Electrical Engineer, is a successor of Engr. Luis Mendoza, one of the incorporators of IIEE and its 3rd National President. A Level 2 Certified Infrared Thermographer, Partial Discharge Expert, 2024 IIEE Outstanding Testing and Commissioning Engineer. Served as Immediate Past President of the IIEE Metro Central Chapter. He spearheads business management and product development for Exquis, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
ALLAN ANG, PEE, DOE-CEA, CEM, CDCP
Vice President for Operations
Allan brings 15 years of diverse experience in design, construction, energy, testing, commissioning, and facilities management. He has contributed significantly to achieving Green Building and Energy Efficiency certifications and was recognized as DOE Outstanding Energy Manager from 2006 to 2019. His operational leadership strengthens Exquis’ capability to deliver sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
JENNIE SANTOS
Vice President for Sales & Marketing
With more than 15 years of experience in the electrical engineering market, Jennie leads Exquis’ sales and marketing initiatives. She is instrumental in developing strategies to strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and generate new opportunities. Her focus on client satisfaction drives the company’s business growth.

Vice President for Administration & Corporate Services
Tess plays a vital role in reinforcing Exquis’ internal structure through effective administration and management. With her expertise in building strong organizational systems, policies, and procedures, she ensures smooth operations and dependable client service.
